Decibel loves to tease her brother Ralph.
When Ralph is distracted by some monumental event (usually involving Harold and the truck), Decibel will run around him, sneak up on him, bark in his ear, run away, repeat, until Ralph gets tired of it, and pays attention to
DECIBEL.

First she tries the subtle approach. It's called the Mirror technique.

| Look at MEEE! |
This isn't working. So Decibel does the sneak attack BARK:

| Woof - WOOF |
 |
| I said : WOOF |
 |
| Ralph goes to another section of fence, trying to avoid Decibel, until he just can't stand it anymore... and he PAYS attention! |
It tends to be a different kind of attention than what Decibel wanted...
...but it only shuts her up for a second or two.
